Abstract

Today, many cases which involved dragging the name of the notary, both in the case of criminal justice, civil judicial and administrative courts. Notary could be a perpetrator or as a witness in a legal case. Notary based on the existing legal rules, can reject the call, because the notary has right of refusal (Article 16 paragraph (1) letter e UUJN). Right of refusal is right to refuse to give information about anything related to his secret or deed made and explanations obtained for deed, according oath of office. Hopefully with right of refusal, the notary can keep secret the certificate and work fairly good.
