Legal protection is needed not only for conventional bank customers, but for every financial institution, including for Islamic bank customers. Moreover, Islamic banking is a banking system that has not been long in place in Indonesia, so it is very possible to give birth to various forms of problems in practice which are then detrimental to the customer as the main consumer of Islamic banks. The main issues to be discussed in this paper are: How legal protection for Islamic banking customers in terms of the laws and regulations in the banking sector in Indonesia? The approach method used is normative juridical. Analysis of the data used in this research was done analytically descriptive.
