Protection of Copyright is an absolute granted by the State to the creators. On the other hand, ownership of copyright does not ignore the prevailing social values in the society, that is, by giving access to the public to be able to also use the rights with due regard to the rules applicable in the case of the use of copyrighted works both morally as well as economical. Thus it is no exaggeration what Bentham argues that the purpose of law is to guarantee the greatest happiness of man in the greatest number. In essence the law is used to produce as much pleasure or happiness for the largest number of people.
