PERSPEKTIF KEADILAN GENDER DALAM FORMALISASI SYARIAT ISLAM DI ACEH

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discribe gender equality perspective in creating the law (qanun); and to explain Muslim scholar’s view in establising qanun in Aceh. In order to create a policy based on gender perspective have be done by refer to some national regulations and international agreements; According to Muslim scolar’s to understand gender perspective in Islam, it is necessary to understand in deepth about the nature of qoran and hadist to discover the spirit of syariah (philosophiy value) for human benefit
