Abstract
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the system assessment and evaluation officer at the environment fobjectively Palembang goverment with peformance
base and conpetence,resulting in this increased employee peformance in Palembang governmance Analysis used in this study is exploratory anatysis. where the author. compare the circumstance that occurred based on interviews with officials in charge of structural departements, agencies,unit in the city of Palembang by existing theory.Based on this research is obtained that the assessment system in DP3 is oriented assessment method in the past by using a valuation technique. that is rating scale wich used rating that have values specific intervals to allow the existence of various biasesand criticalincident apprasialmethod.
