Abstract

Coardination effect,Training  and attitude toward effort of torcher of Agiculture Service, and lifestock of banyuasin regency. The objective of atudy is to know coordination effect, treaning and attitude toward effort  of torcher of agriculture service and lifestock of banyuasin regency.This investigation is "kausalitas" observation with amouth of population abaut 173 employees with 65 people sample. To know the influence between tecnique variable  data analysist whichis used is double regress analysist and to observation has  good coordination influence between torcher with impicit institution to torcher's effort, from regressvalue coefficient.
