Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pada Hotel Emilia Palembang

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Purpose - This study basically discusses how the Influence of Motivation and Commitment to Employee Performance Employee Emilia Palembang.

 

Design/methodology - By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Anlisis Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Testing. In this research, the selected sample is employees at Hotel Emilia Palembang totaling 52 people.

 

Findings – From the results of the study found that the regression coefficient for the variable Motivation (X1) 0.180 and Commitment (X2) 0.176 and produce a constant value of 21,863. With a significance level of 5%, from the motivation variable there is a significant value of 0.032 is smaller than 0.05 while the commitment commitment value of 0.037 is smaller than 0.05.The result of data processing obtained correlation coefficient value (r) of R is 0,574 means relationship of Motivation (X1) and Commitment (X2) shows substantial relation to employee performance.
