Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Purpose - The purpose of this study to determine the Influence of Competence and Organizational Culture of Job Satisfaction Employee and the effect at  performance PT.Tirta Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group) Palembang. The type of this research is the associative.

 

Design/methodology - Satisfaction Employee and the effect at  performance PT.Tirta Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group) Palembang. The type of this research is the associative.    This research conducted at PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group) Palembang  at sukamoro street, coconut fiber, Banyus Asin,  Sumatera Selatan indonesia. Variables in this research is competence,   organizational culture , employees get job satisfaction, and   performance. The population in this research were 250 employees while the sample   were 154 respondents using random sampling technique and cluster sampling method. Analysis technique in this research is path analysis.

 

Findings – The result of research using path analysis technique there is influence of competence   and organizational culture   have positive to job satisfaction employee and also  positive   effect to   PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group) Palembang.
