Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Loyalitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Pajar Bulan Kabupaten Lahat

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Purpose - This study aims to at the effect of work ability and work loyalty on the performance of Lajar District Camat office employees.

 

Design/methodology - The research methodology used in this research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study were thirty people, the analytical method used was descriptive and qualitative analysis

 

Findings – the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient illustrates that the correlation between the three variables is close to 1 means the relationship between the variable work ability with performance is moderate and unidirectional. based on the statistical test, it is stated that work ability and work loyalty have an effect on the performance of the employees of the Pajar Bulan Camat Bulan office, so it can be said that this test is accepted and significant.
