Pengaruh Komunikasi, Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Akademi Kebidanan Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Purpose - The effect of communication, organizational climate and motivation and leadership style on work satisfaction of government security academy employee Muara Enim district

 

Design/methodology The objective Of the research : The purpose of this research is to find out partially  or  simultaneously  the influence of communications variable (top-bottom),work atmospher, motivation and leadership style to job satisfaction Employee  in  AKBID PEMKAB Muara Enim. To find out whether or not there was a significant collective influence between two variable or more, Corelational method was used to conduct this research. To collect the required data  (primary- secondary)  the  research use  observation,  interviewed (questionnaire), and profile of Akbid Pemkab Muara Enim. The research instrument has taken the reliability and validity test, while the research object is all employee  in Akbid PEMKAB Muara Enim, consists of 69 responders.

 

Findings – Employee Job satisfaction in AKBID PEMKAB Muara Enim significantly influenced by communications variable, work atmosphere, motivation and leadership style. It‘s showed from the multiple regression; Coefisient determination test (R2), T-test, and F-test. Either through  partial and or in simultaneous, there is significant influence between communication variables, organizational system, motivation and o leadership style. And the result shows that 73,5% was influenced by the top- bottom communication, work atmosphere, motivation and leadership style variable toward employee job satisfaction in Akbid Pemkab muara enim. And 26,5% was influenced by other variables which was not analyzed in this research.
