Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Purpose - Awards and Sanctions Against Employee Performance at PT Musi Hutan Persada in Muara Enim Regency.

 

Design/methodology The objective Of the research : This research uses statistical analysis tool, regrestion and corellation.  The purpose of this study was to determine the awards and sanctions for the performance of employees at Muara Enim Persada Forest Park. The sample used in this study was employees of PT. Persusi Forest Persada Muara Enim. The data analysis method used is quantitative and descriptive statistical analysis.

 

Findings The results of the study show that first, there is a positive influence between the appreciation of employee performance. The higher the award, the better the employee's performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between sanctions and employee performance. The better the sanctions given the better the performance of employees. Third, there is a positive influence between rewards and sanctions and employee performance. Awards and sanctions carried out by the company affect the performance of employees of PT. Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim Regency.

The researcher gave a suggestion, first, PT. Musi Hutan Persada can improve the quality of employee performance by choosing effective awards and appropriate sanctions. Second, all employees can improve performance, by being open and supportive in receiving awards and sanctions for violating regulations. Third, rewards & sanctions will motivate employees to be more active to improve & improve the work performance that has been achieved but in the implementation must be appropriate and wise
