Abstract
In this researt,the design that used was asosiatif which contain a causality by dividing the variables into independent variable motivation (X1) and training (X2) with interpersonal communication (X3) and defendant variable performance of employee (Y) Meanwhile, the population on this research were all on the performance of permanent employees interversonal administrative headquarters of the University Muhammadiyah Palembang amount 109 man. According to the present data, the amount. The data that used was primery data and secondary collected by using quisioner and dokumentasi. And then analized by using regression multiple analysis.
