HUBUNGAN USIA DENGAN GAMBARAN FOTO TORAKS PASIEN COVID-19

Abstract


World Health Organization melaporkan terdapat 61, 8 juta kasus dan lebih dari 1, 4 juta kasus kematian secara global yang dilaporkan per tanggal 29 November 2020. Pemeriksaan radiologi foto toraks merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan yang digunakan untuk melihat gambaran abnormalitas pada jaringan interstitial paru dan sekitarnya. Brixia Score pada foto toraks dapat menunjukkan perkembangan penyakit COVID-19. Usia merupakan salah 1 prediktor faktor risiko COVID-19 yang mempengaruhi sistem imun dan dapat mempengaruhi gambaran foto toraks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia dengan gambaran foto toraks pada pasien COVID-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pasien Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang Periode Bulan Juni 2020 hingga Januari 2021 dengan COVID-19 dengan sampel sebanyak 50 pasien dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan terdapat hubungan usia dengan gambaran radiologi berdasarkan Brixia Score pada pasien COVID-19 (= 0,000), dan memiliki keeratan sedang (= 0,473). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan gambaran foto toraks berdasarkan Brixia Score pada pasien COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang.
