Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 on Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement explained there are several models of dispute settlement that can be done by the disputing parties in settling the dispute that is through the effort outside court and through the court. Court efforts are a last resort after various ways of non-court settlement can not solve the problem. Unfortunately there are still many parties who rely more on settlement in court than settlement out of court pahahal dispute settlement between workers with entrepreneurs give a lot of keuantungan including penyelesainnya is confidential, easy and cheap.
