URGENSI UNIFIKASI PERATURAN PENANGANAN PEREDARAN DAN KONSUMSI MINUMAN BERALKOHOL

Abstract

The trafficking and consumption of alcoholic beverages is increasing now and becoming a real threat to the social norms that can threaten disruption of social order. This reasearch aims to unravel the problems associated with alcohol that are the efforts made by law enforcement officials and that what is impeding law enforcement. By using empirical juridical approach that was descriptive analytical, it could be concluded that the handling of the trafficking dan consumption of alcoholic beverages could be done by means of penal that is the application of rules and the judicial contraints, it needed the unification of regulations on alcoholis beverages in the form of the realization of the draft laws on the prohibition of alcoholic beverages. As for the problem of non juridical could be done by non penal means of preventive and pre-emtive efforts in the form of socialization and an appeal on the impact of consuming alcoholic beverages.
