Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work
placement on the performance of employees of the Palembang VIII River
Basin Region. The study was developed using associative design. There are
four variables used, namely leadership, motivation, work placement, and
employee performance which are overall developed into eighteen indicators.
The number of samples was determined by 162 employees who were taken
in cluster sampling. The main data needed were primary data with
questionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that 1) there is a
significant influence of leadership, motivation and work placement together
on the performance of employees of the Sumatra Sumgai VII Regional Office
in Palembang 2) There is a significant influence of leadership, motivation
and work placements partially on the performance of employees of the
Sumgai Sumatra Regional Office VII Palembang
