FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMOTIVASI WANITA MENJADI PENGUSAHA (STUDI PADA PENGUSAHA WANITA ANGGOTA IWAPI DIY)

Abstract


The high number of entrepeneurs can increase economic growth of a country.In this era, Indonesia still have shortage of enterpreneurial because the population of them is 0,12% which is far below the minimum valeu of 12%. So, this research explained about the factors which motivated women to become enterpreneur. The design of this research used descriptive design which is described independent variable of motivation of women. The object of this research is women-run business and her subject which is women who are members of the Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia (IWAPI) in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Total population in IWAPI is 98 peoples. This research developing the variable become 20 indicators. Required data is the respon from the sampel from all of indicators. Respon accepted from quessionaire instrument, then we make processing data using analysis factor. This research conclude that there are six factors that motivate women become entrepeneur which is economic needs and freedom factor, offspring and forced factor, skill factor, autonomy factor, influence of friends factor and leadership factor.
