Medical Scientific Journal (MESINA) (p-ISSN 2746-4148 e-ISSN 2746-4156) is a peer-refereed open-access journal which has been established for the dissemination of state of the art knowledge in the field of medicine. This Journal is published twotimes in a year (Mei and November) by Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, Indonesia. It is intended to be the journal for publishing original articles on the latest issues and trends occurring in medicine, biomedicine, and publich health fields. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.

MOTIVASI
Motivasi: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is journal that publishes scientific articles in the fields of management and business sciences covering the fields of financial management, human resource management, marketing management, operational management and management information systems that are managed and published by the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. Articles published in the Motivasi: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis include original scientific research results and new scientific review articles from various academics and researchers that have not been published elsewhere. The publishing period is twice a year, namely in June and November. Motivasi: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis has been accredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education with decision number: 204/E/KPT/2022 and is currently ranked at SINTA 5.
