This research was conducted with the aim of 1) To determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, 2) To determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction in, 3) To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, 4) To determine the effect of work environment on employee performance, 5) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 6) To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, 7) To determine the effect of work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study population was 69 employees and the sample used was 59 respondents. The primary data used is a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show 1) There is no influence between compensation on job satisfaction, 2) There is no influence between work environment on job satisfaction, 3) There is no influence between compensation on employee performance, 4) There is an influence between work environment on employee performance, 5) There is an influence between job satisfaction on employee performance, 6) There is no influence between compensation on employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable, 7) There is an influence between work environment on employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
