The Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Idola Insani Warehouse Palembang.

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Idola Insani Warehouse Palembang. This research is an associative research type. The population in this study amounted to 100 employees and a sample of 73 respondents was taken by using simple random sampling technique. The analysis method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination.The results showed that from the calculation of tcount (7.536)> ftabel (2.38) And tcount (3.201) X1 (1.863) X2 (1.863)> t table (1.666). It means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) either simultaneously or partially. The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that there is a positive influence on motivation variables, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Idola Insani Warehouse Palembang. The results of the Coefficient of Determination of Motivation and Work Discipline are only able to contribute to changes that occur in employee performance with the resulting contribution of 15.4%
