PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJAKARYAWAN PT. LEMATANG COAL LESTARI (LCL) GUNUNG RAJA, KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine whether 1) was there any effect of motivation and training together on employee performance of PT. Lematang Coal Lestari (LCL) Muara Enim, 2) was there any effect of motivation on employee performance of PT. Lematang Coal Lestari (LCL) Muara Enim, 3) was there any effect of training on employee performance of PT. Lematang Coal Lestari (LCL) Muara Enim. This type of research was associative. The population in the study was 117 employees and the sample was 54 respondents and the sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The data were primary data. Data collection methods was through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used quantitative qualitative data. The data analysis technique was multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicated that 1) there was an effect of motivation and training together on employee performance of PT. Lematang Coal Lestari (LCL) Muara Enim, 2) there was an effect of motivation on employee performance of PT. Lematang Coal Lestari (LCL) Muara Enim, 3) there was an effect of training on employee performance of PT.
