Peer Review Process

The policies that applied in manuscipt assessment  that will be published in Marwah Hukum are as follows.

  1. The manuscipt submitted to the editorial will be reviewed by Reviewer Team of Marwah Hukum in blind peer-review for the feasibility assessment of article publication.
  2. The Reviewer Team of Marwa Hukum comes from various institutions that have expertise in Law fields. 
  3. The matters related to the manuscript assessment by reviewers are article title, abstract, introduction, research method, result and discussion, conclusion, bibliography, authenticity, novelty, presentation clarity, and contribution to law education.
  4. The reviewers give the recommendation for either acceptance or rejection of a manuscipt after the review process.
  5. The editors make the decision for either acceptance or rejection of a manuscipt.

 

Publication Frequency

Marwah Hukum is published twice in a year; on January and July with six articles for each edition. 

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Author Fee

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission Charges: Rp. 0,-

Article Publication: Rp. 200.000,-
