FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN J&T EKSPRESS

Abstract


Purpose This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment together and individually on the performance of J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency.

 Design/methodology This type of research is associative, using a saturated sample of 50 J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination.

 

 Findings - The research results show that work discipline, work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency.
