This research was conducted at PT. Sawit Mas Persada (PSM) District of Pampangan Ogan Ogan Ilir Office. In this study used method Descriptive Analysis,
by taking a sample of 51 respondents and using inferential data analysis techniques, is to test the hypothesis by using linear regression.
