Abstract

This research is focused on "Rubber Farmers Revenue Sharing System in Sharia Economic Perspective (Case study in Rengas village kec. Payaraman kab. Ogan Ilir)". People are created by Allah SWT each massage to the other, so that they help each other, in all matters of interests of each life, either in buying and selling or farming. Rengas village is a superior area in the rubber plantation sector. Not only limited to foreign exchange producers, but plays a role in providing jobs for the surrounding community and directly supporting the economic development of the community. The formulation of this research problem is the first, How the system of revenue sharing of rubber farmers in the village rengas district payaraman ogan ilir district. Second, What is the view of Islamic law on the revenue sharing of rubber farmers in rengas village, Payaraman subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency. Third, How the income of rubber farmers impacts muzara'ah revenue sharing system. This research uses a type of field research with qualitative approach that is a study that uses reality or field reality as a data source, such as interviews. Then the data is described and analyzed to answer the problem. From the results of this study found that in the application of the revenue sharing system in rubber farmers in the village of Rengas kec. Payaraman kab. Ogan Ilir conducted on the basis of kinship, trust, and help-help, the revenue sharing system used is Muzara'ah which generally uses a revenue sharing system for two (50%-50%). The system of revenue sharing that they do has led to the rule of fiqh because the cooperation of revenue sharing is done on the basis of likes and likes without any coercion.
