PENYAKIT KULIT SPESIFIK SELAMA KEHAMILAN
Abstract
Kehamilan dikaitkan dengan beberapa perubahan fisiologis yang melibatkan sistem organ yang berbeda seperti sistem endokrin, vaskular, metabolisme, dan kekebalan wanita hamil yang mengakibatkan beberapa perubahan kulit yang dapat fisiologis atau patologis. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh perubahan fisiologis, penyakit kulit spesifik kehamilan, dan penyakit kulit non spesifik kehamilan lainnya pada kehamilan. Perubahan fisiologis kulit selama kehamilan terutama melibatkan perubahan tingkat pigmentasi kulit dan elastisitas kulit terutama karena efek dari peningkatan hormon. Patologi dermatologis spesifik kehamilan meliputi impetigo herpetiformis, kolestasis kehamilan, prurigo kehamilan, folikulitis pruritus, papula urtikaria pruritus, dan plak kehamilan. Selain itu, kondisi kulit lain yang ada, seperti psoriasis dan dermatitis atopik, dapat memburuk dan muncul dengan flare selama kehamilan. Kondisi kulit patologis ini dapat menjadi sumber tekanan yang cukup besar bagi wanita hamil dan mungkin memerlukan intervensi segera, meskipun diagnosis dan manajemennya dapat menjadi tantangan dan memerlukan pengetahuan menyeluruh tentang berbagai presentasi dan perawatan khusus mereka untuk memastikan keselamatan ibu dan janin. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan dokter tentang profil berbagai penyakit kulit selama kehamilan diperlukan untuk merencanakan tindakan pencegahan dan memberikan perawatan yang komprehensif untuk ibu dan bayinya. Tinjauan pustaka ini meninjau evaluasi penyakit kulit kehamilan dan manajemen untuk mengelola kondisi ini.
