Abstract


This research aims to know the influence of motivation, discipline, and worksatisfaction, to the employee performance in the Education and Training Agency of South Sumatera Province. The design which is used in this research was associative. There are 4 variables used namely motivation, discipline, work satisfaction, and employee performance. There are samples of 92 respondents randomly taken. Following this, the primary data used was questionnaire data collection. The analysis method is multiple linear regression. The result shows that there is an influence between motivation, discipline, and work satisfaction, to the employee performance in the Education and Training Agency of South Sumatera Province.
