Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sumatra Unggul Palembang

Abstract


The formulation of the problem in this study was 1) was there any influence of competence and motivation on employee performance. 2) was there any influence of competence on employee performance. 3) was there any influence of motivation on employee performance. The type of research was survey research. There are 3 variables used namely competence, motivation, and performance. The population in this study were 66 employees, with the sample of 53 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling. The data used was primary data. The method of data collection was through the questionnaire. The analysis of the data was a qualitative analysis that was quantified. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The test result showed: 1) The F test result proved that there was a significant influence of competence and motivation on employee performance, 2) The t-test result proved that there was a partial significant effect of competence and motivation on employees performance.
