Abstract


Employees Performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper/Human Resource Management.The formulation of the problem in this study was whether there was any effects of education andtraining and work motivation on employee performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. Theaim was to find out whether there was an effect of education and training as well as workmotivation on employees performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. This researchincluded associative research. The variables of this study were: education and training,motivation, work and employee performance. The samples of this study were 52 employees. Thedata of this study used primary data. The method of data collection of this study wasquestionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result of theanalysis showed that: 1) There was an effect of education and training as well as work motivationon employees performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It could be seen that the value ofFcount was 245.595 > Ftable was 3.18) There was an effect of education and training onemployees performance at PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It caould be seen that the tcountvalue was 245,595 > the ttable value was 3.18) There was an effect of work motivation onemployee performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It could be seen that the tcount valuewas 3.750 > the ttable value was 1.66.Keywords: Influence, Education and Training, Work Motivation, Employee
