Pengaruh Disiplin kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Intan Permata Jaya Palembang

Abstract


The objectives in this study were to find out whether there were any significant effects of work discipline and job training on the employee performance of PT. Intan Permata Jaya Palembang. The population in this study was 102 employees, with the selected sample of 50 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. Analysis of the data used was qualitative analysis in quantitative. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed the equation Y: 0.502 + 0.296X1 + 0.469X2. The results of the F test showed the value of Fcount > Ftable (82.899 > 2.42) which meant that there were significant effects of work discipline and job training on employee performance at PT. Intan Permata Jaya Palembang. The results of the t-test showed the value of tcount > ttable (2.828 > 1.677) for work discipline, and tcount > ttable (3.910 > 1.677) for job training, which meant that there were no significant effects of work discipline and job training on the employee performance of PT. Intan Permata Jaya Palembang. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the variables of work discipline and job training had a contribution to the employee performance by number 77.0%.
