Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen is published by Pascasarjana Management Department. It is published twice a year in June and December. Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen publishes papers in the field of management science that give a contribution to the development of management science, and management practices. We accept mainly research-based articles related to management science. The scopes of topics include Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management.
Moreover, Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen has been accredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education with a decision number: 0041/E5.3/HM.01.00/2023 and is currently ranked as SINTA 4.

Migration to Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3 |

We are pleased to inform all authors, reviewers, and readers of the Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen that starting from Volume 14 Issue 1, our journal management system has officially migrated from Open Journal Systems (OJS) 2 to OJS 3. This migration aims to enhance the quality of our services and improve user experience with a more modern interface, intuitive navigation, and a more efficient manuscript management system. From this issue onward, all manuscript submission, review, and publication processes will be conducted through the new OJS 3 platform. Users who have existing accounts on the previous system are encouraged to update their profiles on the new platform as needed.
